代谢酶CYP1A1和GSTM1基因多态性与口腔鳞癌
摘要
CYP1A1是代谢外源性和内源性化合物的重要Ⅰ相代谢酶,GSTM1是参与多种致癌物的代谢解毒的Ⅱ相代谢酶熏近年来的研究发现熏它们与口腔鳞癌的易感性密切相关。多数研究认为熏CYP1A1的基因多态性合并GSTM1的缺陷可使口腔鳞癌的危险性增加。进一步研究有利于为诊断、治疗及预防口腔鳞癌提供新途径和突破点。
