牙周病与心血管疾病的相关性研究 被引量：5

摘要 近年来牙周病和心血管疾病的关系日益受到医学界的重视。根据现有的流行病学、分子生物学和动物实验证据表明,牙周病和心血管疾病有一定相关性,但不能证明二者的因果关系。牙周病可能是一个重要的危险因素,与先天遗传特性和传统危险因素相互作用,可导致心血管疾病。本文就其可能的相关机制和动物实验作一综述。
