How to make use of comparative advantage and competitive advantage is always a hot issue in international trade.It is important to choose the developing strategy of a nation.This paper generalizes and analyzes the theory of comparative advantage and competitive advantage on the basis of Chinese national conditions.The findings shows that different regions should adopt comparative advantage to develop and that the nation grasp competitive advantage.
