摘要
当前我国非公有制经济劳动关系问题突出,其根源是基于非公有制企业劳动关系主体利益对立性之上的劳动关系主体双方力量的不平衡。因此,要提升非公有制经济档次,促使劳动关系主体利益的统一性成为主流。采取措施维护劳动力供求双方力量的平衡,同时劳动部门应积极作好服务工作,维护劳动关系的协调稳定。
Currently the increasingly serions problem of labor relationship in the non-public economy stems from the ill-balanced power of the two antagonized parties involved in the labor relationship of non-public enterprises.So main interests of labor relationship.Active policies should be made to maitain the balance of laborer supply and demand.The labor management sectors need take effective measures to coordinate the labor relationship.
