MET对油菜幼苗活性氧代谢的影响

摘要 试验采用质量比值分别为100×10-6,150×10-6,200×10-6的MET喷施二叶一心期油菜幼苗,于第7,14,21(或23)和45天随机取功能叶.以比色法测定POD活性,滴定法测CAT活性及GSH含量,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性采用紫外吸收法测定.结果表明,喷施多效哇的油菜幼苗叶中POD和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性增高,CAT活性降低,GSH含量增加.从而说明了MET提高作物的抗逆性,可能是由于提高某些保护酶活性及增加非酶类自由基净化剂含量所致. Spraying MET (100×10-6, 150×10-6and 200×10-6, density) upon the 2-leaf-1-heart stage of rape seedlings, and leaf samples were collected random on 7, 14, 21 (or 23)and 45 day respectively for testing. The activity of POD is determined by means of colorimetric method; the activity of CAT and the content of GSH are analysesed by means of Titrimetric method. while, the activty of Ascorbate-specific peroxidase is tested by means of ultraviolet absorption method. The results show that the activity of POD and Ascorbate specific peroxidase, the content of GSH have both increased. But the activity of CAT has decreased in the sprayed rape seedlings. It also indecates that spraying MET has helped crops in stress resistance possibly because of the increased of the activity of some protection enzyme and the content of nonenzyme free radical purifying agent.
