摘要
采用随机区组设计,运用统计学方法对12种丹参种质资源的生物学性状和产量进行了比较,筛选出"山东-3"、"山东-8"、"山东-9"3个优良种质资源。调查及分析结果表明:这3个种质资源表现出较好的生物学性状,产量分别比对照提高50 31%,33 96%,28 30%,丹参酮ⅡA含量分别为2 905,2 198,2 119mg g,均符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定指标,可以作为优良株系在生产中应用,其中"山东-3"的丹参酮ⅡA含量比对照提高5 25%,并且长势粗壮,抗逆性强。"山东-4"虽然丹参酮ⅡA含量低于《药典》规定标准,但由于具有较好的生产性能,可以作为种质资源加以改良应用。
<Abstrcat> Adopting F test and multiple comparisons for completely randomized design, the experiment compares differences of biological characters and commodity yields among different Salvia miltiorrhiza varieties. The results are that three kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza varieties are selected, shandong 3,shandong 8 and shandong 9, the commodity yields of which respectively increase by 50.31%,33.96% and 28.30% over contrast group.TanshinoneⅡA contents of them are respectively 2.905,2.198 and (2.119 mg/g) and the content of shandong 3 increases by 5.25% over contrast group, and has the characters of superior growth and stronger resistance. In addition, the experiment selects a variety of better characters, shandong 4, but its tanshinone accords with CP, and we should improve and use it.
