提高吉林省农民收入问题的探讨

Exploration of the Issue of Farmer′s Income Increase in Jilin Province

对吉林省农民收入现状进行了调查分析,针对农民收入连年下滑的趋势,探讨了制约农民增收的深层次原因,并据此提出了在目前形势下增加农民收入的切实可行的对策和建议:打破传统观念的束缚,建立稳定的市场体系,以市场为导向调整农村产业结构;提高农民的组织化程度,提高农产品市场竞争力;实现城乡互动,减少农民数量;加强对农民的技能培训,提高其经济竞争力。

<Abstrcat> The present situations of farmer′s income in Jilin province were investigated and studied. The deep rooted causes to the annual decline of farmer′s income were probed into, and on this basis, the practical countermeasures and suggestions on increasing farmer′s income were advanced: to establish a stable market system by breaking away with the trammels of the old ideas, to adjust agricultural industry structure based on the market orientation, to improve farmer′s organizational degree, to enhance the competitive power of agricultural products, to accomplish farmer′s immigration to the urban area, and to enhance farmer′s economic competitive power by strengthening their skill training.
