摘要
四氧化四银(Ag4O4)是一种具有独特构象的“多价银”氧化物,它能与蛋白质表面裸露的N基和S基发生氧化还原反应,从而产生致使蛋白质构象改变的电杀作用和螯合作用。其作用机制不同于一般的抗微生物制剂,作用方式不易引起病原体产生耐药性或突变,对正常组织未见毒性,具有抗微生物和杀伤病变细胞的作用。Ag4O4有望成为一种新型的抗微生物制剂并应用于艾滋病、癌症等疾病的治疗。
Tetrasilve tetroxide(Ag_4O_4)is a multivalent silver oxide with uniq ue configuration. It could react with naked nitrogen and sulfur groups involving oxidation-reduation reaction and resulting in electrocition and chelating reac tion with production of porotein configuration change which would not induce the development of resistant strains of pathogens as many antibiotics just on the co ntrary. Tetrasilve tetroxide has anti-microbial e ff ects and can induce death of cancer cells but it seems non-toxic to normal tiss u e. Thus, tetrasilve tetroxide possesses the potential to be developed as a new anti-microbial, anti-HIV or anti-neoplastic agent.
