摘要
目前生态城区规划已成为继生态城市、生态工业园区、生态小区规划之后的又一个热潮,生态城区作为生态城市建设的一部分,在生态城区建设过程中发挥着其独特的功能和作用。生态城区与生态城市在构建指标体系时也有所区别,参考国内外生态城市指标体系的特点,构建生态城区独具特色的指标体系,建立相应的评价指标体系,并确定评价指标相应的标准值和权重。提出了对指标体系进行评价,来衡量城区发展的生态化水平,以指标体系来衡量生态城区建设的进展。
Upsurge in the ecological district planning has already come after the ecological city planning,eco-industry parks and the ecological community planning.Ecological district,as one part of the eco-city,has its own characteristics.What is the difference in the index system between the ecological district and the eco-city.This paper sets up the ecological district index system on the basis of the oveasea and domestic cities ecological index systems.In order to level the development degree of the ecological district,this paper constructs an evaluated index system and an evaluated standard system.
