从生物医学超声角度出发，论述了生物组织的Ｂ／Ａ特性对于发展超声诊断的意义；介绍了对Ｂ／Ａ参量的深化研究进程─—推导不同元系媒质的Ｂ／Ａ混合定则所遵循的理论基础和得出的结果表达式；指出了Ｂ／Ａ参量的应用前景及研究中存在的问题．

From the view of biomedical ultrasonics,the significance of the study of ultrasound parameters in biomedium is explained.The progress of the study of nonlinear acoustic parameter B/A is introdused. Both theoretical and experimental processes are stated in details. Problems and future applications of B/A parameters are also pointed out.
