摘要
对球磨机采用滑动轴承的弊端进行了分析,提出用滚动轴承代替滑动轴承,以降低主轴承的摩擦功耗,降低配用电动机功率,从而达到节能并提高轴承寿命的目的.
The shortcomings of the adoption of sliding bearing in the ball mill are analyzed in the paper. The lost energy on headstock for overcoming friction is reduced by adoption of the rolling bearing replacing the sliding bearing for saving energy. The power of the electromotor is reduced, and the service life of bearing is increased at the same time.
