In this article the methods of liquid rheostat and regulation to realize self adaptive soft start up and A.C steppless speed regulation are discussed. The liquid rheostat features simple control system, compact structure, smooth starting and large thermal capacity. Using liquid rheostat we realize self adaptive soft start up high inertia heat resisting air pump smoothly without the shocking from current and torque.
