摘要
大车运行机构支承平台的联接处出现放射线裂纹,甚至穿孔.直接影响了大车运行机构的正常运行.对大车运行机构支承平台进行改造设计,增强平台的刚性和改善与主梁联接方式,严格施工工艺,取得明显的效果.
The emitting cracks often emerged resulting in a hole at supported flats in a crane traveling mechanisms. Its normal running was therefore disturbed. The supported flats were improved in design. The stiffness was intensified. The connection with the main beam was improved as well. The techniques of construction were executed strictly. The result of this improvement is satisfactory.
