摘要
转炉轴承运行状态对比监测系统的设计与实施主要包括量测设备及传感器的合理选用、系统的合理组合以及抗干扰措施的采用.所使用的量测设备包括工控机、采集卡、电荷放大器、双路跟踪稳流稳压电源;传感器包括振动传感器、位移传感器、电流及电压传感器等.该监测系统能够非常完整地体现被测物特征变化,是一种新型的转炉轴承运行状态对比监测系统.
Design and implementation of the parallel survey system for the running of converter bearing involve choosing the reasonable survey facilities and proper sensors. The survey system is not only composed of the reasonable facilities and proper sensors, but also the anti jamming measures. Survey facilities include industrial computer, AD card, electricity amplifier, steady current and voltage power supply. Sensors include vibration sensors, displacement sensors, and current and voltage sensors. Survey system is a neoteric parallel survey system for the running of converter bearing, which is adequate to indicate the signal differences of survey characters.
