摘要 在印刷电路板测试机系统设计中,将PC104总线嵌入式工业计算机与现场可编程门阵列FPGA(FieldProgrammableGateArray)相结合,采用WINDOWS环境下基于ISA总线的信息交互方式,提高了测试系统的测试速度和可靠性,并重点研究了系统的硬件与软件的解决方案. A new project for the design of printed circuit board testing machine is introduced. The system′s testing speed and reliability has been highly improved in this project. It is mainly composed of embedded industrial computer based on PC104 bus and FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array), and its information communicating is based on ISA bus under windows environment. The project for composition of the system′s hardware and software has been focused on.
