摘要
以1.06μm激光为基频光,测量了铜、金薄膜及抛光银片、钢片的反射光学二次谐波随入射光偏振方位角的变化规律.与理论对比拟合,求得了这些情况下样品表面谐波电流的唯象参数值a.结果表明,a对表面状况极为敏感.
Quantitative measurements of the surface reflected second-harmonic generation intensity of 1. 06 μm versus the angle of polarization of the incident light at fixed incident angle from interfaces between copper,gold,silver thin films and air are presented. And the reflected second-harmonic generation from finely polished polycrystalline ilver and copper surface are also measured. The value of the parameter 'a' for the several samples is found.The result shows that the parameter 'a' is sensitive to the surface of the samnles.
