摘要 目的:考察呋喃西林溶液中加入山梨酸对其稳定性的影响。方法:用反相高效液相色谱法测定呋喃西林溶液含量,通过初均速法对呋喃西林溶液作稳定性试验,并与留样观察作对照。用微生物限度检查法测定其防腐能力。结果:在改变防腐剂的条件时,既可提高其化学稳定性,又能提高该制剂的防腐能力。结论:加入山梨酸能明显提高呋喃西林溶液稳定性。 Objective:To study the stability of furacilin solution with sorbic acid .Methods:The concentration of furacilin solution was deter-mined with RP-HPLC.In itial average rate method was applied to test the stability of furacilin solutio n which was compared with samples reserved for observing.The ability of preserva tion from decay was test by microbial limit.Results:Furacilin solution with sorb ic acid was more stable than control and the preservation from decay was more st rong than the control.Conclusion:It is very good for the stability of furacilin solution with sorbic acid.
