注射用复方荭草冻干粉针中野黄芩苷的含量测定

Determination of Scutellarin in Compound Hongcao Freeze-dried Powder Injection by HPLC

目的:建立注射用复方荭草冻干粉针中野黄芩苷的定量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法),以C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(18∶82)为流动相,检测波长为335nm。结果:野黄芩苷与其他组分峰的分离度均大于1.5,线性范围为0.15～2.4μg,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.89%,RSD为1.22%。结论:HPLC法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective:To establish a method determining scutellarin in compound H ongcao freeze-dried powder injection.Methods:A diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase of CH3CN-0.1% H3PO4(18 ∶82),the detect ion wavelength of 335 nm,and the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 40℃.Results:The resolution is found to be over 1.5.A good linearity between the range of 0.15～2.4 μg was found(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.89% ,with RSD of 1.22%.Conclusion:The method was simple,accurate and reproducible fo r scutellarin determination,and is suitable for the use of quality control of co mpound Hongcao freeze-dried powder injection.
