TOEFL与IELTS的发展对我国高校英语测试的启示 被引量:1

Inspirations on College English Testing in China from the Development of TOEFL and IELTS

摘要 TOEFL与IELTS两者的历史来源、理论基础及所采取的形式大相径庭,然而,它们的发展与变迁却能给高校英语的考试设计诸多启示。笔者就改进大学英语统考及常规英语测试提出以下建议:1.等级考试及常规考试都应反映课程全部内涵;2.继续改进等级考试,使之更具效度;3.将等级考试社会化,使其独立于校园之外;4.慎用考试压力,使考试的实施少一些行政干预的成分;5.采用准则参照对学生公布评判标准的方式,并使评判结果更明细化。
