摘要
本研究采用量表法和访谈法调查460名大学生的总体幸福感(GWB)的影响因素。结果显示,大学生的幸福感显著高于常模。如专业、网络、学习等客观因素与幸福感没有显著性相关,而人格这一主观因素的稳定性、内外向、自尊3因素对幸福感存在显著性差异。路径分析揭示,客观因素通过主观因素间接地影响幸福感。逐步回归结果表明,人格的稳定性、自尊和内外向这3个变量是幸福感的有效预测变量,可以联合预测幸福感变异量的31.6%。研究认为,帮助大学生养成健全的人格特质并达成人格整合有助于提升他们的幸福感。
This study adopts the measurement scale method and interview method to investigate the factors working on the GWB of 460 college students. The result indicates that the wellbeing of college students is obviously higher than the norm. Those objective factors, like their majors, internet as well as study, are not notably relevant to their GWB. However, the stability of personality, introversion or extroversion and self-esteem can create remarkable differences to their GWB. Path analysis reveals that objective factors have influences on GWB through subjective factors. The progressive regression result indicates that the three variables—stability of personality, self-esteem and introversion or extroversion—are effective forecasting variables and can be combined to predict 31.6% of the variables of GWB. Therefore, the result of the research suggests that to help college students develop healthy personality traits and achieve the conformity of their personality will enhance their GWB.
