锅炉排污水的PH值为10～12,直排后会对环境造成危害,不符合ISO14001《环境管理体系》的要求。将锅炉排污水通过湿式除尘器的循环水系统注入脱硫装置,既可以节约脱硫剂的使用,又可以使排污水达标排放,从而达到节约资源、以废治废之目的。

Since the PH value of boiler wastewater is 10~12, the direct disposal of boiler wastewater is harmful to the environment as well as violates the ISO14001 regulation according to the standards for environment management. The problem can be solved by piping the wastewater into desulphurization device through the water recycling system of wet scrubber. This technique may save the desulphurizer,and at the same purify the wastewater to standard level so as to reach purpose of saving resources.
