HO-1系统在器官移植中的细胞保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 血红素加氧酶-1是血红素分解代谢的关键酶。研究发现,HO-1过表达能改善移植器官再灌注后的功能恢复,延长移植物生存时间。本文综述了HO-1系统在器官移植中的细胞保护作用机制及应用前景。
