摘要
月份牌是二十世纪初中国商业经济发展的产物,带有明显的实用目的。也正基于此种认识,学术界多以艺术审美论为理论基础对它进行了批评。本文以前人的批评为切入点,试图还原月份牌画作为一种商业图像的真实身份, 并以宏观的历史视野看待月份牌画,进而论述月份牌画在反映当时妇女命运及社会生活面貌方面的积极意义。
The calendar was an outcome of the development of Chinese commodity economy at the beginning of 20th century and had an practical purpose obviously. And it is based on this that the academia criticizes it according to aesthetic theories. The article takes the previous criticism as a cut-in point and attempts to revert the original station of the calendar as a kind of commercial images;and treats the calendar with a macrohistorical field of vision and discusses the positive roles of the calendar to reflect the female's fate and the respects of social life then.
