α-细辛脑的临床应用进展

α细辛脑,化学名称:2,4,5三甲氧基1丙稀基苯,是中药石菖蒲(AcorigramineiRhizoma)的主要有效成分。α细辛脑在治疗呼吸系统疾病方面有很好的疗效,且有抗惊厥、抗癫痫大发作等功效。有关α细辛脑的研究,国内的临床应用研究,均显示其有良好的疗效,国外的研究多侧重于毒理研究。为了了解α细辛脑近年来的药理作用及临床应用进展,笔者查阅了近年来的国内外文献,从药理、临床应用和毒理学等方面进行综述。

Aim To understand the development of α-asarone on the pharmacological effect and the clinical application.Methods The authors consult the domestic and international articles, and make a summary from the aspects of the pharmacology, the clinical application and the toxicology.Results The clinical application of α-asarone in China increases at fast speed, and all have good clinical effect. At the same time, the abroad lay much emphasis on the toxicology.Conclusion α-asarone is an effective cure for the disease of respiration system, particularly a good effect on eclampsia and epileptic.
