摘要
介绍了串馈矩阵开关校正法中产生误差的原因及其对校正结果的影响,给出了误差提取方法,最后对系统的校正精度进行了分析。
The sources of errors in series matrix switch calibration and the effect of the errors on adjusted results are introduced. A method of extracting the errors is presented. The feasibility of the method and the calibration precision of the system are analyzed.
