卵巢癌组织中EphA2与ERβ的表达 被引量:2

Expressions of EphA2 and estrogen receptor beta in ovarian carcinoma tissue

摘要 目的:探讨卵巢癌组织中EphA2与雌激素受体ERβ的表达及相关性。方法:应用免疫组化法对118例卵巢癌组织进行EphA2、ERβ检测,对其中10例EphA2及ERβ阳性表达的冰冻组织标本,应用激光捕获显微切割技术(LCM)捕获卵巢癌细胞,应用Western印迹分析方法检测其中EphA2及ERβ蛋白表达水平。结果:卵巢癌组织中ERβ及EphA2阳性率分别为99.2%(117/118)和90.7%(107/118);EphA2表达与卵巢癌患者的年龄、组织学类型及残余肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05),而与FIGO分期、组织分化程度有关(P<0.05);ERβ表达与卵巢癌患者的年龄、组织学类型、FIGO分期、残余肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05),与组织分化程度有关(P<0.05);ERβ与EphA2的表达有相关性(rs=0.184,P<0.05)。Western印迹分析,EphA2蛋白和ERβ蛋白条带强度一致。结论:ERβ与E-phA2蛋白可能与卵巢癌的进展有关。 Aim: To investigate the expressions of EphA2 and estrogen receptor subtype ERβ in epithelial ovarian carcinomas. Methods: A total of 118 Norwegian patients with epithelial ovarian carcinoma were subjected to examine the expressions of EphA2 and ERβ using immunohistochemistry. Cancer cells in 10 frozen sections which had EphA2 and ERβ positive expression were captured by the Laser capture microdissection method and processed by Western blot. Results: The positive rates of EphA2 and ERβ in 118 patients were 90.7%(107/118) and 99.2%(117/118),respectively. The expressions of EphA2 and ERβ were significantly associated (r_s=0.184,P<0.05). In ovarian carcinomas,the expression of EphA2 were not associated with age, histological type,or residual tumour size(P>0.05),but associated with FIGO staging and histological grade(P<0.05). The expression of ERβ was not associated with age,histological type,FIGO staging,or residual tumor size,but associated with histological grade.Conclusion: The expression of ERβ correlates with that of EphA2 in ovarian carcinomas. Higher levels of EphA2 and ERβ protein expression are associated with higher histological grade.
