原发性高血压患者脉压与血管内皮功能及胰岛素抵抗的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨高血压病患者脉压与血管内皮功能及胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法:102例原发性高血压病患者分为脉压≥60mmHg组(48例)和脉压<60mmHg组(54例)。采静脉血测定空腹胰岛素、空腹血糖,ELISA法测vWF,采用高分辨率血管超声法检测肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(flow-MD)。结果:与脉压<60mmHg组比较,脉压≥60mmHg组空腹胰岛素增高,胰岛素敏感指数下降,vWF升高,肱动脉flow-MD减低(P<0.05)。结论:高血压病患者脉压与血管内皮功能受损以及胰岛素抵抗有密切关系。 Aim: To investigate the relation ship of pulse pressure (PP) and vascular endothelial function, insulin resistance in hypertensive patients. Methods: A total of 102 hypertensive patients were divided into two groups: PP≥60 mmHg group(n=48),and PP<60 mmHg group(n=54). Fasting blood glucose (FG) and serum insulin (FINS) were measured, and insulin sensitivity index ( ISI ) was calculated. Endothelial function was assessed in the brachial artery by high GAAB2 resolution ultrasound technique,and vWF was measured using ELISA.Results: Compared with those in group with PP< 60 mmHg, FINS and vWF in group with PP≥60mmHg were higher,while ISI and endothelial function were lower.Conclusion: PP is related to insulin resistance and endothelial function in patients with hypertension.
