摘要 目的:观察高胆红素血症对新生儿听觉和脑干功能的影响。方法:对164例高胆红素血症新生儿进行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检测,以50例正常足月新生儿为对照,2组均测量各波波幅、波形分化情况以及波峰潜伏期(PL)及波峰峰间潜伏期(IPL)。结果:高胆红素血症新生儿BAEP异常率54.88%,主要表现为Ⅰ、Ⅴ波分化不良或波形消失,Ⅰ、Ⅴ波PL及IPL延长,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:新生儿高胆红素血症对其听力及中脑下部有一定影响。BAEP对早期了解新生儿听力及脑干功能障碍有重要应用价值。 Aim: To observe the influence of hyperbilirubinemia on the auditory and brainstem function in neonates. Methods: Brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) was detected in 164 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia(HB) and 50 normal neonates.All wave amplitude, differentiation of waveform, latent period of wave (PL) and interpeak latency of wave (IPL) of both groups were measured.Results: The abnormality rate of BAEP was 54.88% in HB group, mainly exhibiting as undifferentiation or disappearance of wave I and V,prolongation of PL and IPL of wave I and V. Conclusion: Neonates with HB might be damaged in the hearing and lower part of the midbrain. BAEP might be of great value in the judgement of the disorders in hearing and brain function.
