摘要
目的:改进周围神经辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行示踪标记技术。方法:建立大鼠面神经缺损与修复模型,造模成功后,对移植神经进行末稍注射、管内浸泡和断端涂抹3种方法相结合的HRP神经示踪标记。标记后做脑桥部冰冻切片,HRP显色,光镜下观察。结果与结论:光镜下观察到染色细胞轮廓完整,突起明显,HRP颗粒明显,无特异性背景沉淀,效果较好。
Aim: To improve the HRP retrograde technique for the peripheral nerve. Methods: A defective facial nerve model was established.Then the combination of the nerve end injection,marinating in the tube and broken end daubing techniques were used in the model.After the HRP retrograde transport,the pons was sliced and performed HPR coloration and observed under the optic microscope.Results and Conclusion: The dyed cells had intact figure, clear dendrites and axons, and obvious HRP granules.There was no differential background deposition.
