This paper makes a research on the innate characters from the angle of the entire practical results of the movement skills.Being rectilinear is considered to be the first important character of the hurdle's skills,and to be the standar of guarding athletes of different levels to improve their skills,instead of imitating the motion skills of the ex-cellent athletes.
