Prevention of Persistent Ectopic Pregnancy after Conservative Surgery for Ectopic Pregnancy

摘要 目的探讨输卵管妊娠保守性手术治疗后持续性异位妊娠(persistentectopicpregnancy,PEP)的防治方法。方法随机将86例行保守性手术的输卵管妊娠患者分为两组:A组45例,保守性手术后24h内肌注氨甲喋呤50mg,配伍米非司酮150mg顿服;B组41例,行单纯输卵管妊娠保守性手术。结果A组未发生PEP,B组术后发生3例(7.3%)PEP,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论输卵管妊娠保守性手术后予氨甲喋呤配伍米非司酮可有效预防PEP。 Objective To explore the preventive method of persistent ectopic pregnancy(PEP) after conservative surgery for ectopic pregnancy. Methods 86 cases of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into group A (n=45) and group B (n=41). Both groups underwent conservative surgery whereas the patients in group A received 50 mg of methotrexate via intramuscular injection and 150 mg of mifepristone via oral intake within 24 hours after surgery. Results There was significant difference between two groups in terms of incidence of PEP, none in group A versus 3 cases in group B (P<0.05). Conclusion PEP can be effectively prevented when treated with methotrexate and mifepristone after conservative surgery for ectopic pregnancy.
