摘要
目的探讨冠心病(CHD)血清总胆红素(TBIL)与氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)水平的变化及其相互之间的关系。方法采用日立7600-20型全自动生化分析仪氧化酶法检测血清TBIL含量。用酶联免疫吸附试验双抗体夹心法检测OX-LDL水平。结果冠心病组血清TBIL明显低于健康对照组[(8.85±2.97)μmol/Lvs(15.51±3.92)μmol/L,P<0.01],而血浆OX-LDL明显高于健康对照组[(85.63±32.45)mmol/Lvs(29.21±11.36)mmol/L,P<0.01]。冠心病患者血清TBIL与血浆OX-LDL的变化呈显著负相关(r=-0.61,P<0.01),而健康对照组中两者间的相关性则不明显(r=-0.15,P>0.05)。结论冠心病时血清TBIL显著降低而OX-LDL显著升高。冠心病患者血清TBIL抗LDL氧化能力的减弱可能是导致OX-LDL升高的重要原因之一。
Objective To investigate the changes of total serum bilimin (TBIL) and oxidized low density lipoprotein (OX-LDL) levels and their relationship with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Serum TBIL level was determined by the automated analyzer model 7600-20 made in Japan. Plasma OX-LDL level was measured by double antibody enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results Serum level of TBIL was greatly decreased in patients with CHD as compared with healthy subjects (8.85±2.97) μmol/L vs (15.51±3.92) μmol/L, P<0.01, while plasma OX-LDL level was markedly increased in patients with CHD as compared with healthy subjects (85.63±32.45) mmol/L vs (29.21±11.36) mmol/L, P<0.01. Serum TBIL level was inversely correlated with plasma OX-LDL level in patients with CHD(r=-0.61 ,P<0.01). There was no difference in levels of serum TBIL and plasma OX-LDL in healthy subjects. Conclusion TBIL plays important roles against LDL oxygenation in CHD and the impairment of anti-oxidate ability of TBIL may be one of chief factors causing OX-LDL level to be increased in patients with CHD.
