花都区华明小学麻疹暴发疫情分析

Analysis of the Measles Outbreak in Huaming Primary School Huadu Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

目的分析2004年花都区华明小学麻疹暴发疫情流行特征及流行因素。方法对华明小学麻疹暴发疫情进行流行病学分析。结果2004年华明小学麻疹罹患率为8.66%,占全区总发病数29.48%,经临床诊断、ELISA方法检测、流行病学分析,符合麻疹诊断标准。结论早期发现和报告病例,及时采取应急接种和综合防治措施可及时控制流行。加强外来流动儿童计划免疫工作是预防控制麻疹暴发流行的重要手段。

Objective To investigate the infectious status and epidemiological characters of measles outbreaks in Huaming primary school of Huadu district, Guangzhou, in 2004. Method The outbreak of measles in Huaming primary school had been analyzed by epidemiological method. Results The measles attack rates of Huaming primary school was 8.66% which was 29.48% of the total cases in the district. The diagnosis of the cases was confirmed by the standard measles diagnosis. Conclusions The prevalence of measles can be controlled in time by early discovering, case reporting, urgent vaccination campaign and integrate measures. Strengthening the EPI for the immigrated children is an important means to prevent and control the outbreak.
