化妆品包装材料微生物和有毒物质的检验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的通过对化妆品包装瓶的检测,了解包装材料所含有毒物质的种类和析出浓度以及微生物污染状况,为制订卫生标准提供依据。方法随机抽取市属化妆品生产厂家的化妆品包装瓶按食品用聚氯乙烯成型品卫生检验项目检测,微生物指标和方法则参照公共场所杯具的卫生标准采样。结果包装瓶理化检验项目超标率为9.6%,其中高锰酸钾消耗量超标最严重(25.0%),其次为蒸发残渣(20%乙醇为18.2%,4%醋酸为16.7%),未检出重金属(以Pb计),脱色试验阴性。微生物污染较大,细菌总数达到167cfu/25cm2,未检出大肠菌群。结论包装材料中有毒物质向产品析出情况确实存在,迁移量不可忽视,同时应加强市场化妆品防腐剂和抗生素类化合物的监控。 Objective To study the toxic materials and the releasing of toxic materials, and the microbes contamination of the packaging bottles of the cosmetics, and to provide a basis for setting up the sanitary standard. Methods Bottles made of polyvinyl chloride were randomly collected from the manufacturers for inspection. Sampling and detection of microorganisms was performed according to the hygiene standard for inspection of public using cupware. Results Overall chemicals detected in the packaging bottles were 9.6% above the standard.In which potassium permanganate was the most serious contaminant(25% above standard).The second serious contaminant was evaporate residue (the ethanol of 20% and the acetic acid of 4%). Heavy metal (in terms of Pb) was not detected. Decolorization test was negative. Microorganism contamination was serious, with 167 cfu/25cm2. But coliform bacteria were not detected.Conclusions Packaging bottles were seriously contaminated with released toxic materials and microorganisms. This contamination problem should not be overlooked. At the same time, the preservatives and antibiotics in the cosmetics should be monitored.
