摘要 液相芯片是近年来兴起的一种新型的检测技术,它集中了分子生物学、免疫学、高分子化学、激光检测技术、微流体技术、计算机技术等方面的先进技术。本文主要介绍了液相芯片分析技术的检测原理、检测方法及分析仪器Luminex100的结构,并简要介绍了其在基础研究及临床检测方面的应用。
