小花位置对老芒麦和诺丹冰草种子质量的影响 被引量:7

The influence of floret position on the seed quality of Elymus sibilicus and Agropyron desertorum cv. nordan

摘要 对老芒麦Elymussibilicus和诺丹冰草Agropyrondesertorum穗上不同位置种子的百粒重及萌发特性进行了研究。结果表明,种子的重量与单花开花到收获所经历的时间长短有关,开花越早的小花所结种子越重。由于老芒麦种子发育时间较短,由小花位置造成的种子大小的差异较明显。小穗及小花位置亦影响到种子的萌发力,老芒麦中越重的种子萌发力越高,而诺丹冰草种子的发芽率与种子重量呈负相关,表明诺丹冰草种子的休眠性与种子的成熟度有关。 The vigor of the seeds that harvested from different floret positions of Elymus sibilicus and Agropyron desertorum cv. nordan was investigated, and the influences of the floret position on seed quality were discussed. The results showed that the changes of the seed weight coincided with the antithesis sequence of the inflorescence and spikelet, the more early floret flowered the more heavy the seeds were produced. In E. sibiricus the seed size differences that caused by the floret position were significant because the seed development period was relatively shorter; the vigor of the heavy seeds was higher than that of the light seeds. In A. desertorum cv. nordan the seed germination performances appeared negative correlated to the seed weight, which indicated that the seed dormancy degree was related to the seed maturity level.
