人工感染肠炎沙门氏杆菌对雏鸭脾脏SOD、POD活性和MDA含量的影响

摘要 目的用肠炎沙门氏杆菌感染雏鸭,研究肠炎沙门氏杆菌及药物治疗对雏鸭脾脏抗氧化酶等的影响,测定了脾脏组织SOD、POD活性和MDA的含量。结果表明,雏鸭脾脏SOD活性于感染12h、36h时极显著降低(P<0.01)而60h时则显著升高(P<0.05);POD活性变化较不稳定,12h显著升高(P<0.05),36h、60h呈下降趋势并显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),84h后显著升高(P<0.05);MDA含量于12h时则显著升高(P<0.05),随后降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);通过氟苯尼考或中草药复方制剂治疗后脾脏抗氧化酶活性也相应增强。结果说明脾脏中各种抗氧化酶参与了抵御肠炎沙门氏杆菌的过程。 The influence of artificial infection with Salmonella enteritidis on the activities of SOD and POD and the content of MDA in the spleen of infected ducks was investigated in the present study. It was found the activity of SOD in the spleen of the infected ducks was obviously reduced in the spleen 12 and 36 hours after infection , but it was increased 60 hours after infection. However, the change in the activity of POD was not so stable, it was increased after 12 hours, but reduced remarkably after 36 and 60 hours, and then increased 84 hours after infection. The level of MDA was increased 12 hours after infection but reduced later on . At the same time, when the infected ducks were treated with florfenicol or Chinese herb medicine, the activities of the antioxidant enzymes were increased to certain extent. These results indicates that the antioxidant enzymes participate in the resistance to the infection induced by Sal.enteritidis in ducks.
