都匀亚洲带绦虫感染免疫抑制小鼠的实验研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的建立亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴的小鼠动物模型,观察囊尾蚴的发育过程及形态变化。方法将亚洲带绦虫成熟孕节内虫卵经次氯酸钠孵化后经皮下注射、腹腔注射、灌喂三种方式感染小鼠,同时用地塞米松(1mg/d)皮下注射对小鼠进行免疫抑制。在30、40、506、0d剖杀,观察小鼠的感染情况,囊尾蚴用胆汁进行头节翻出及组织压片,镜下观察其形态变化。结果皮下注射组的感染率为46.7%,囊尾蚴总数359个,腹腔注射组感染率为20%,囊尾蚴69个,灌喂组感染率为零。皮下组感染30d发现早期囊尾蚴,组织学检查显示头节,未见吸盘和小钩。40d后囊尾蚴出现吸盘的雏形,随感染时间延长,囊尾蚴大小,吸盘直径增加,50d后看见明显的四个吸盘和不完整两圈呈点状小钩结构。结论用免疫抑制小鼠可替代scid小鼠感染亚洲带绦虫六钩蚴建立囊尾蚴动物模型。 To set up a laboratory model of the immunosuppressive mice infected with Taenia saginata asiatica, mice were infected with oncospheres of T.saginata asiatica by subcutaneous or abdominal injection and via stomach tube, and every mouse was treated with dexamethasone ( 1mg / day) through subcutaneous injections. All the mice were dissected and observed for the condition of infection at 30, 40, 50, 60 days after infection. It was found that the infection rate by T.saginata asiatica via subcutaneous route was 46.7% with total number of 359 cysticerci; that via abdominal route was 20%,with total number of 69 cysticerci and that via stomach tube was 0% without cysticerci detected. The early stage cysticerci without suckers and hooks were observed on the scolex region at the 30 th day in case of subcutaneous injection group, and at 40 th day the cysticerci possessed brood suckers. With a longer duration of infection, the size of cysticerci and the diameter of suckers increased. After 60 days of infection, there appeared 4 suckers and small hooks with two circles in some scoles. It concludes that the immunosuppressive mice model can be used to replace the SCID mice to establish rodent model for infection with cysticerci of T.saginata asiatica.
