频率跟踪是超声电源的一个重要特性。文中讨论了超声加工中自动频率跟踪的必要性,分析了自动频率跟踪的原理,阐述了其在超声加工中的实现方式。
Automatic frequency tracking is the most important characteristics of ultrasonic machining power. The necessity of automatic frequency tracking in the ultrasonic vibration tooling is discussed and the principle of automatic frequency tracking is analyzed. The methods for automatic frequency tracking in ultrasonic machining are also described in detail.
