3种常用影像学指标在椎间融合器疗效评估中的比较

The comparison of 3 common radiographic index in curative effect evaluation of lumbar interbody fusion cage

目的比较3种常用影像学指标在评估使用腰椎融合器患者疗效中的效果。方法回顾性分析80例使用腰椎融合器的腰椎退行性变患者的临床效果,以3种常用影像学指标进行评价。结果腰椎曲线指数及全腰椎前凸角均显示较术前改善,但无统计学差异,相对椎间隙高度存在统计学差异且与临床疗效指标相符合。结论相对椎间隙高度指标较为稳定,能较好的与临床疗效指标吻合。

Objective To compare three radiographic indexes used in evaluating the clinic effect of lumbar fusion patients.Methods To review 80 patients with the lumbar interbody fusion cage implant,using three usual radiographic indexes to evaluate the clinic effect and compare each one.Results Indexes of lumbar soinal curvature and the whole lumbar ldosis have significant progress,with no statistic difference,relative lumbar space height has significant progress compared with situation that before surgery.Conclusion Relative lumbar space height is more stable,and can fit the clinic effect satisfactoring.
