国产可吸收螺钉治疗内踝骨折47例临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察国产可吸收螺钉治疗内踝骨折的疗效及并发症.方法对47例采用国产可吸收螺钉固定的内踝骨折患者的临床资料及诊治情况进行回顾性分析.结果随访5~34个月,全部骨折愈合良好,无感染、积液等并发症,术中有3例共3枚螺钉断裂,需再次钻孔植入.结论国产可吸收螺钉治疗内踝骨折有利于骨折愈合,不需二次取内固定手术.但抗扭力不足,需要改进. Objective To evaluate the efficacy and complications of absorbable screw(poly DL-Lactide acid, PDLLA)in the treatment of medial malleolus fracture.Methods Ninety-four PDLLA screws were used in 47 cases of medial malleolus fractures.Fracture healing and complications were observed.Results All fractures were healed with excellent or good function and no infection and exudation happened after a mean of 5 to 34 months′ follow-up. There are 3 screws broken during inserting and need to replanting.Conclusion The efficacy of PDLLA screws in treating medial malleolus fracture were reliable with better biocompatibility, it contributes to fracture′s healing. But its biomechanical property needs to be improved.
