百忧解对帕金森病伴抑郁症状及神经功能康复影响的研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨百忧解在帕金森病(PD)伴抑郁治疗中的作用。方法45例PD患者随机分成百忧解+PD常规治疗组(治疗组),及单纯PD常规治疗组(对照组),治疗前后对病情严重程度(UPDS)、抑郁问卷(BDI)、抑郁量表(HDRS),康复指数(BRI)评分。结果治疗组治疗后HDRS、BDI、UPDS评分明显降低,BRI评分升高,而对照组无明显变化,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论百忧解可改善PD患者的抑郁症状,也能促进神经功能康复。
