微创旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张

Minomally invasive rotary varicotomy treatment of superficial Varicosities in low limbs

目的临床评价微创静脉曲张旋切术治疗单纯性下肢浅静脉曲张的疗效。方法2003年10月-2004年12月,采用TriVexSystem对56例大隐静脉曲张病人共61条患肢,进行微创静脉曲张旋切术。结果术后没有发生静脉血栓形成、皮肤坏死、下肢功能障碍等严重并发症,患者均痊愈出院。随访4-12个月,均无复发,疗效满意。结论微创静脉曲张旋切术是一种新的治疗方法,具有微创、手术时间短、治疗彻底等优点。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of microtrauma rotary varicotomy treatment of superficial varicosities in low limbs.Methods From October 2003 to january 2005,Sixty-one limbs in Fifty-six patients had been performed microtrauma rotary varicotomy treatment with TriVex System.Results Satisfactory surgical results were obtained in all cases without any severe complication.Follow-up period range 4-12 months,no re-occurrence was found during follow-up.Conclusion Microtrauma rotary varicotomy is a new technique,safe microtrauma procedure with good surgical result ,short operating time.
