摘要
本文研究了野香橼果皮中所含精油的提取方法以及用气相色谱——质谱计算机联用仪分析了其中34种成分,并与叶油成分作了对比,提出了开发利用果皮油作为香料的建议。
34 components in the essential oil from the peel of citrus medica L var ethrog Engl. were analysed with GLC-MS, their contents were measured and compared with the essential oil from the leaves. Relevantly, the method to abstract essential oil from the peel. has been introduced and suggestions for processing and utilizing, the oil from its peel as a perfume have been given in this paper.
