摘要
目的建立同时测定乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙和柠檬酸钙3种补钙剂的方法。方法以C18色谱柱、0.025mol·L-1NaH2PO4(pH=2.50)溶液为流动相分离、210nm紫外检测、外标法定量。结果乳酸、柠檬酸、葡萄糖酸钙的线性范围分别为0.9592~46.04、0.4302~20.65、0.2404~11.54mmol·L-1;方法回收率>98.0%;日内及日间精密度<2.0%。结论该方法快速、简便、准确,可用于乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、柠檬酸钙的质量控制。
Objective To establish a reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) method for the determination of calcium lactate, calcium gluconate and calcium citrate simultaneously. Methods Calcium lactate, calcium gluconate and calcium citrate were eluted with 0.025mol·L -1 NaH2PO4 (pH=2.50) on a C18 column and detected at 210 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.9592~46.04 mmol·L -1 for lactic acid,0.4302~20.65mmol·L -1 for citric acid and 0.2404~11.54 mmol·L -1 for calcium gluconate. The recovery was 98.0%~101.2%.The coefficients of variation for within day and between days were all less than 2.0%(n=5).Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of calcium lactate, calcium gluconate and calcium citrate.
