鸡冠花黄酮化合物对糖尿病小鼠脾脏及巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨鸡冠花黄酮类化合物对糖尿病动物模型(DM)小鼠脾脏及巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法27只小鼠,随机分为3组:糖尿病模型(DM)组、糖尿病+鸡冠花黄酮化合物预防(CCF)组及对照组。腹腔单剂量注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)65mg·kg-1,制成糖尿病模型小鼠,对照组仅注射等量枸橼酸缓冲液。CCF组用鸡冠花黄酮类化合物(100mg·kg-1·d-1)灌胃,对照组和DM组仅给予等量自来水灌胃。实验10周,分离小鼠脾脏并测脾重,计算脾重指数。做单核巨噬细胞外吞噬实验,测吞噬百分数,吞噬指数。结果CCF组与DM组相比,体重升高,而脾重指数显著降低(P<0.05),单核巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬率及吞噬指数有所降低(P<0.05),且各项指标与对照组接近(P>0.05)。结论补充鸡冠花黄酮类化合物可调节糖尿病动物巨噬细胞的吞噬作用,可能有利于减少巨噬细胞激活所引起的免疫病理损伤,可用于糖尿病的预防。 Objective To study the effects of the abstraction of the celosia cristata flavonoid(CCF)on the spleen and the phagocytic function of macrophage in diabete mice.Methods Twenty seven mice were divided into 3 groups randomly:the normal group(control),the diabete model group (DM) and diabete plus the groupcy phagocylic(CCF).the streptozotocin(STZ) 65 mg·kg -1 with metred dose was injected DM group and the same quantity of caitrate buffer in control group.The CCF group were given celosia cristata flavonoid of 100 mg·kg -1 · d -1 ,and the DM group and the control group were only given the same quantity of water.Three groups were fed with normal food and water.After 10 weeks,the spleen weight and the index of the spleen weight were measured and the rate and the index were measured through the experiment of macrophage phogocytosing.Results Compared with the DM group,the weight increases and the index of spleen weight decreases obviously(P<0.05), the rate and the index of macrophage phagocytosing RBC decreased(P<0.05); and all these items were close to the control group.Conclusion The celosia cristata flavonoid can adjust the function of macrophage of the diabete animals,may be good for reducing the immunopathological damage caused by activated macrophage and prevent from diabetes mellitus.
