布地奈德吸入治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎49例疗效观察

Effect of budesonide aerosol for treatment of 49 patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis

目的观察气道内吸入布地奈德对慢性喘息型支气管炎的疗效。方法49例慢性喘息型支气管炎应用布地奈德气雾剂,每日2～3次,每次1～2喷吸入,连续使用1个月,观察患者临床症状、肺功能、动脉血气等改善情况。结果治疗后患者临床症状控制总有效率达65.3%,肺功能、动脉血气较治疗前均明显改善,其差异具有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论气道内吸入布地奈德可明显改善患者临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Budesonide aerosol on chronic asthmatic bronchitis.Methods The budesonide asthmatic,2～3 time each day,1～2 puffs each time,for one month was used in 49 patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis,the clinical symptom, pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis were observed.Results After therapy, the total efficient rate of the clinical symptom controlled was 65.3%.Pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis were obviously ameliorated(P<0.01).Conclusion Budesonide aerosol may obviously improve clinical symptom.
