脑卒中失语患者的早期语言康复指导

Early guidance of language for aphasia patients induced by stroke

目的探讨早期语言康复训练对脑卒中失语患者语言功能恢复的作用。方法对失语患者的失语症严重程度进行评估后,采用反复听觉语言刺激训练、言语构音训练及日常生活交流能力训练,并注重加强支持性心理康复及发挥家属在训练过程中的积极配合作用。结果训练组语言功能恢复明显优于对照组,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论对脑卒中失语患者进行早期语言训练指导,能尽早恢复患者语言功能。

Objective To investigate the role of early language training in the aphasia patients with stroke.Methods After the severeness of aphasia was assessed using stimulus of repeated listening,pronouncing organ′s functional exercise and daily articulate training articulate and pay attention to supporting psychotherapy and kinsfolks′postitive cooperation. Results There was significant difference between training group and control group (P<0.01). Language function′s rehabilitation of training group was much better than that of comparative group. Conclusion Guiding aphasia patient induced by stroke the language training can help those patients' rehabilitation.
