住院患者静脉输液过程中身心需求的调查分析

Survey of psychosomatic demands of in-patients during intravenous infusion

目的了解住院输液患者的身心需求。方法采用自行设计的心理需求调查表,对150例输液患者进行问卷调查。结果身心需求主要表现在安全性、生活护理和对输液相关知识的了解方面。结论临床工作中应针对患者需求实施护理与指导,对提高护理工作效率、减少护理工作的盲目性与片面性有重要意义。

Objective To study the psychosomatic demands of in-patients during intravenous infusion. Methods The questionnaires were performed in 150 cases of in-patients to study their mental state.Results Psychosomatic demands mainly consist of safety, life care and the knowledge related to infusion.Conclusion In-patients should be given health care and guidance to meet their needs. It is of importance to improve the efficacy of nursing work, to reduce the blindness and error in nursing through health care.
