摘要 目的介绍热休克蛋白(HSP)的生物学特征、分类、分布及某些应激因素对脑HSP的影响,并对HSP的应用前景作一展望。方法通过检索国内外文献资料进行分析、整理、总结。结果热休克蛋白是生物体(或离体培养的细胞)在不良环境因素作用下产生的具有高度保守性的应激蛋白,普遍存在于整个生物界。结论脑HSP是一种保护细胞并在机体生长、发育、分化等生理过程中起重要作用的特异性蛋白。 Objective To introduce biological features, classification, distribution of the heat shock proteins (HSPs) and the influence on brain HSPs of some stress factors, and prospects of the application. Methods To analyze,clear up, summarize the data by searching for correlative references.Results The HSP was one of the highest conserved stress protein produced by organism in abnormal situation,which existed widely in organism.Conclusion The brain HSP is specific protein which can protect cell and play an important role in growth, development, differentiation and other physiological activities.
